In my 12+ years of clinical practice, correcting and normalizing your breathing pattern needs to be the foundation of any rehab program. Everything stems from a correct breathing pattern and having your muscles work together the way they are intended to.

Posture is the ever changing position of our bodies throughout the day and can make a huge impact on if your muscles bring their A game or if they totally check out.
Core and pelvic floor strength are important. But so is total body strength to support the high demands of motherhood. Strategic and progressive strengthening exercises will get you there while decreasing your risk for injury.

I believe it is important for you to know that my passion with women's health and postpartum recovery stems from my own personal journey. So when I say, I UNDERSTAND, I truly do my friend!
I have spent the last almost 6 years focusing on my own postpartum healing while helping moms in my clinic every day experience the same freedom that comes with full healing!
I have 2 young boys, hence why I need A LOT of strength!
We enjoy our time together outside, climbing things, throwing things, and being wild!
It is my mission to LEAVE NO MOM BEHIND in this crazy journey of postpartum fitness!
