About Me

Hi! I am Dr. Beth Olson, a lifelong athlete, seasoned orthopedic and women's health physical therapist, and mom of 2 young boys.

As an avid runner and workout fanatic (give me all the endorphins!) I found myself frustrated with return into running postpartum. I wanted to get back at it as quickly as possible but learned I really needed to take a step back and regain my strength the RIGHT WAY taking into consideration the unique aspects of the postpartum period. That journey has led me through 2 additional certifications as a physical therapist and helping thousands of new moms find their joy in movement again!
